This is the application to be entered into the gate callbox. Please take a moment to fill out the form on the this page and upload the gate callbox sign up form you received on your door. This page is mobile compatible so you should be able to fill out the online information from your phone and take a picture of the form to submit with the camera on your phone.

Please only submit one (1) per Country Fair Address.

Please Note: All sections on the application, with the exception of those marked “optional”, are required. Renters are required to upload a copy of their lease agreement with the application.

NEW GATE FIRST STEP IMPLEMENTATION

As you all are aware, the Board of Directors has voted and been proceeding with revamping of the entrance and exit gate. ALL precautions have been taken to ensure the gate to be an asset to Country Fair and not a burden. The gate contains the newest technology, RFID access and touchscreen callbox. Additionally, overview and close up cameras, as well as license plate readers have been installed to enforce any violators.

With the gate on the verge of being completed and activated, The Board of Directors is looking to get started with the first step of implementation, signing up all the units (Townhomes and Patio Homes) into the callbox system.

The callbox procedures are as followed:

• All units will be required to be entered into the callbox system to gain access.
• Each unit can have up to three (3) phone numbers in priority order. The system will call the first phone and upon no answer will proceed to the next.
• Each resident has the option to opt-in or opt-out of receiving email notifications.

The second step of issuing RFID’s for vehicles and third step of reviewing Gate Codes requests will come later. Please know that every effort will be made to ensure the Gate will NOT be activated until almost all of the residents are set up and proper notification has been sent out.

PLEASE BE ADVISED

The gate will be set to one vehicle at a time with 24/7 recording of activity. There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for vandalism to Country Fair Property, specifically the gate. Any resident (homeowner or renter) found to be hitting or committing another form of damage to the gate will be responsible for the repair bill and possible violation. Any vehicles that have not been granted access via valid RFID, Gate Code or Call-in and are not registered with Country Fair (guest, vendor, etc.) will be referred to Palm Beach County Sherriff and prosecuted for vandalism and trespassing. Access via tailgating will NOT be allowed.
