Country Fair is a small single-family home community
Located in Boynton Beach, Florida, Country Fair has 2 sections. The north Homes section has 193 homes arranged in a figure 8 shape around 2 beautiful lakes, of which many homes share a view. The southern Villas section features 212 townhomes. Both sections have a mixture of 1 and 2 floor, 2 and 3 bedroom residences. Homes have a lower monthly assessment but they are responsible for their own insurance and landscaping. The higher Villas assessment includes exterior insurance and landscaping, but we are proud that our monthly assessments are the lowest in Boynton Beach.
We Have Gorgeous Amenities
Our gated community offers a large “L” shaped pool with furniture, 2 tennis courts, children’s playground and an outdoor cabana that is very conveniently located to I-95 and Florida Turnpike.
